In these Terms and Conditions, 'Platform' or 'Services' means the TrendMingle website and any related tools; 'Creator' means a user who registers to offer content or collaborations; 'Business' means a user who registers to find and contact creators; 'Content' means any text, image, video or other material submitted through the Services; 'Agreement' means these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use TrendMingle. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. We may refuse or suspend registration if we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.
TrendMingle is a professional platform for connecting businesses and content creators. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include creating false profiles, sending unsolicited messages, scraping user data, or using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
To use TrendMingle's features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. TrendMingle reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Creating a profile and browsing TrendMingle is free of charge. TrendMingle does not charge any commission on collaborations agreed between businesses and creators: any compensation is negotiated and paid directly between the parties. Optional paid features, if introduced in the future, will be clearly described and require your explicit consent before any charge is applied.
Users retain ownership of the content they create and share on TrendMingle. By posting content on our platform, you grant TrendMingle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate third-party intellectual property rights. TrendMingle's platform design, code, and branding remain the exclusive property of TrendMingle.
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion and without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, though certain provisions of this Agreement (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
TrendMingle provides its platform on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of all information on the platform. This Agreement is governed by Italian law, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of TrendMingle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use of TrendMingle after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
